New 2019 Cadillac XT4 Compact Crossover… Timing Is Everything!

The 2019 Cadillac XT4 scores on many levels including more contemporary exterior styling appealing to younger buyers. And yet the new Caddy sticks to tradition with an imposing front grille, adorned with the historically cooked-up coat of arms tribute to the founder of Detroit in 1701.  

Inside the $50,000 AWD Sport gets nice leather seating, a chunky steering wheel and the full complement of required tech including a heads up display, Apple Carplay/ Android Auto and an easy access wireless telephone charging pad in the center console.

A 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine propels the 3,896 lb XT4 with 237 horsepower, EPA mileage rated at 22 City / 29 highway.

For safety the $770 driver assist suite is well spent on distance tracking indicator, forward collision alert, lane-keeping and departure assist and warnings, pedestrian detection, and low-speed auto braking.
