Nissan Updates Line Up

Introducing five new vehicles in just 18 months Nissan has topped 10 percent sales increases in the US this year. Leading the drive are the acclaimed mid-sized Altima sedan and the Pathfinder, which in its new crossover incarnation posted a whopping 194 percent year-to-date sales increase.

The total makeover of the popular Rogue compact crossover will give Nissan a major sales bump. In fact the earlier Rogue which continued to sell more than 13 percent ahead of last year prior to the introduction of the new edition, will be retained in the Nissan line-up through 2014 as a lower cost “Select” model option.

The 2014 Rogue is an elegant evolution of a car that has been a best-seller in the Nissan line-up. And with production in Smyrna Tennessee, the new Rogue became the official 10 millionth Nissan produced in the US.

The Rogue exterior has been smoothed and contoured to follow the design themes established in earlier intros especially the Pathfinder. Inside premium amenities, a quality soft touch feel, comfortable zero gravity seating and smart cargo options make the Rogue a solid buy in the $22 – 29,000 price range.
