The New Honda FIT Is A Fun To Drive Hit

Retaining its spot as the second largest US import brand, this season Honda has put its rep on the line with the all-new 2015 Honda FIT.

Already a frugal darling with 29 City / 37 Hwy mileage stats, the restyled FIT, with a standard 6-speed manual transmission and a feisty 4 cylinder 130 horsepower engine, pumps sporting blood into the subcompact category.

The basic egg shaped profile of the car is more defined with top and bottom side character lines that provide a sense of energy and motion.

A new bolder back-sweeping front fascia and headlight design chips away at the FIT’s former wimpy appearance. In back a roof mounted spoiler over the hatch door and a complex lighting assembly that swarms from the top of the bumper to the roof-line and includes LED brake lights, completes the package.

Inside the Honda designers have created a more spacious feel partly by the illusion of full sized instrument displays, the 7” touchscreen and substantial trim materials with brushed aluminum accents.

With lower gas prices as an added bonus, the FIT is a fun to drive hit!
