The Last of the Powerhouse Jeep Rubicons Goes Out With A Bang!

As Stellantis transitions its big power US brands into the EV era, Jeep is giving its top of the line Wrangler Rubicon a fitting send-off with a 2024 limited-production 392 edition that fully loaded tops six figures.

Undoubtedly the fastest and most powerful Rubicon ever, it’s powered by a 6.4-liter V-8, 478 horsepower engine that does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. It may also be loudest as a button with a dual exhaust icon takes the Wrangler from a healthy rumble to a stock car ground pounder roar.

To say this Rubicon special edition is over-the-top seriously under-estimates the customizing zeal of Jeep Wranglers devotees. Even the color choice of our test vehicle is an attractive but especially inscrutable Earl Clear Coat of light blue, gray and even a tinge of green.

This 3,700 unit Final Edition is festooned with elaborate hood and front fender decals as part of the standard Xtreme 35 Package, and rolls on bronze 17-inch wheels with big-meat 35-inch BFGoodrich all-terrain tires.

Inside dazzling tech and safety features, gold stitched black Nappa leather performance seats, and accessory highlights make for a triumphant Rubicon exit.
